This Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Affiliate") and The Head Plan, applicable upon enrolling in the Affiliate Programme. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms herein.

1. Definitions

Agreement: This contract between you and The Head Plan.
Programme: The Head Plan Affiliate Programme
Affiliate: The party agreeing to this Agreement
Link: The HTML link provided to the Affiliate for linking to the Site.
Site: The www.theheadplan.com website.

2. Enrolment

- Provide accurate personal, contact, and payment information.
- The Head Plan may update/change the terms without notice.

3. Affiliate Account

- Affiliates must create an account with Refersion to access the dashboard and track sales.

4. Advertising Methods

- Use only resources provided by the Programme.
- Do not promote non-affiliate-related discounts/codes.
- Remove invalid/expired codes and banners.

5. Copyrighted Material

- Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable copyright, trademark, data protection, intellectual property rights, and other laws.

6. Payments

- Commissions are paid for authorized sales made through unique Refersion links.
- Payments made monthly, on the first of the month (or next business day)
- Refunded payments are excluded from commissions.
- Revoked payments may occur due to improper code use.

7. The Head Plan Obligations

- Provide promotional materials and resources
- Process orders placed through Affiliate's link.
- Track sales and social media content via provided tags and mentions.
- Handle payment processing, cancellations, returns, and customer support.
- Provide one new product to the Affiliate every six months, if needed.

8. Affiliate Obligations

- Create and post one unique and original content piece featuring The Head Plan products on social media platforms monthly.
- Follow content requirements and tag @theheadplan and use the hashtag #theheadplan.
- Link back to The Head Plan website using your unique referral link
- Follow @theheadplan on social media.
- Non-compliance with content requirements may result in removal from the Program.

9. License

- The Head Plan grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Site through the link in accordance with this Agreement.
- The Head Plan may use Affiliate content, with proper credit.
- Affiliates may not modify or change provided materials.
- Both parties agree not to use the other's materials in a misleading, disparaging, or defaming manner.
- Inappropriate use of materials may result in termination of the Agreement.

10. Liability
- The Head Plan is not liable for service defects, interruptions, data loss, viruses, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from negligence or breach of contract.

11.  Termination

- This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program and can be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, via email notification.
- Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove all links, banners, and graphic images provided under the Program.
