This Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Affiliate") and The Head Plan, applicable upon enrolling in the Affiliate Programme. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms herein.

Agreement: This contract between you and The Head Plan.
Programme: The Head Plan Affiliate Programme.
Affiliate: The party agreeing to this Agreement.
Link: The HTML link provided to the Affiliate for linking to the Site.
Site: The www.theheadplan.com website.

• Provide accurate personal, contact, and payment information.

• The Head Plan may update or change these terms from time to time.

• Affiliates must create an account with Refersion to access the dashboard and track sales.

• Use only resources provided by the Programme.

• Do not promote non-affiliate-related discounts or codes.

• Remove invalid or expired codes and banners.

• Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable copyright, trademark, data protection, intellectual property rights, and other applicable laws.

• Commissions are paid for authorised sales made through unique Refersion links.

• Payments are made monthly, on the first of the month (or next business day).

• Refunded or cancelled orders are excluded from commission payments.

• Commissions may be revoked where sales are deemed invalid or where this Agreement is breached.

• Provide promotional materials and resources where applicable.

• Process orders placed through the Affiliate’s referral link.

• Track sales and approved social media content via provided links, tags, and mentions.

• Handle payment processing, cancellations, returns, and customer support.

• Product gifting, where applicable, is offered at the discretion of The Head Plan and is not guaranteed.

• Affiliates must create and share original content when participating in approved campaigns, promotions, or collaborations.

• Any content created must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws, including clear identification of affiliate relationships (e.g. #AF where required).

• Affiliates must tag @theheadplan and use required hashtags when specified as part of a campaign or offer.

• Affiliates must link to The Head Plan website using their unique referral link where applicable.

• Affiliates must follow @theheadplan on relevant social media platforms.

• Specific content requirements, posting frequency, asset delivery, or gifting obligations may apply only where explicitly agreed as part of a specific offer or campaign.

• Failure to comply with agreed campaign requirements or this Agreement may result in removal from the Programme.

Paid advertising using The Head Plan brand name, Google Ads, or paid social advertising by the Affiliate is strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing.

• The Head Plan grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Site through the Link in accordance with this Agreement.

• The Head Plan may repost or use Affiliate-created content for marketing purposes, with appropriate credit where applicable.

• Affiliates may not modify or alter any materials provided by The Head Plan without written consent.

• Both parties agree not to use the other’s materials in a misleading, disparaging, or defamatory manner.

• Inappropriate use of materials may result in termination of this Agreement.

• The Head Plan is not liable for service defects, interruptions, data loss, viruses, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Programme, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Programme and may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, via written notice.

• Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove all affiliate links, banners, and promotional materials associated with the Programme.
